Payment Options:
Fallen Records accepts all major credit cards including Mastercard,
Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payments via Paypal accounts are
accepted as well.
How is payment sent?
When you order from Fallen Records, your security is at the highest
standard and ensured by Paypal SSL security certificates. Fallen Records
utilizes Paypal for the security, ease of use, and completely safe
transactions 24/7.
Do I Have to be a Paypal Member?
No, you do not need to become a member of Paypal to buy from Fallen
Records. You can at any time to speed up later orders but it is not
required.
Can I Pay Using Another Method?
Yes, Fallen Records accepts money orders and cashier's checks. Personal
checks are accepted but must wait up to 5 business days to clear before
any mailings are sent.
Is My Information Kept Private?
Fallen Records will never sell or distribute personal information to any
outside party. Once an order is complete, all personal information is
taken out of the ordering system.

How Long Does it Take Once an Order
is Made?
Once your billing information has been received, which takes minutes
through Paypal, your order will be processed, packaged, and delivered.
Orders before noon central time will be shipped Priority Mail same day.
Later orders will ship next business day. Depending on location, it may
take up to three (3) days for delivery. Sorry, but we currently cannot
deliver anywhere outside the US and Canada. |

Problems With Store
Items Do Not Add to My Cart:
Your computer's cookies are disabled. Please enable the acceptance
of cookies and your order will be placed. Cookies must be used through
the SSL encrypted servers to place your order.
I Submitted Payment and Was Sent to
a "Page Not Found" Screen. Did My Order Take Place?
Check the email you submitted when placing the order. If your order
has been completed then you will receive an invoice email within a few
minutes. This is a common problem on dial-up connections using the
secure SSL encrypted pages. If you do not receive an invoice email
within one (1) hour, your order was not processed and will need to be
redone. |
